I’m glad I’ve managed to steal a moment of your time to introduce myself, so I’ll do my best to be brief and keep you interested.
Having worked as an Oracle Retail database consultant, in 2021 I was fortunate enough to receive the opportunity to continue my IT career as a Quality Assurance Engineer at the British-owned company Buckhill. Facing the unknowns in everyday work didn’t intimidate me - it only made me more curious about the countless abstractions within the software development life cycle.
The variety of methods and tools used in testing fascinated me, especially the advantages that come with automation frameworks and tools. Since then, I’ve worked across several IT companies, gaining experience with insurance CRMs, satellite management software, project administration platforms, and currently, electronic cash register systems in the HoReCa sector.
I have hands-on experience with various types and levels of manual testing. When it comes to automation, I’m most familiar with Cypress and plain Appium. I’ve also authored a fair amount of documentation, including test specifications and manuals for setting up and using testing environments. Additionally, I’m proficient in using API endpoints, web development tools, SQL, and Git.
I try to contionuosly learn and educate myself and every encounter with a new method or tool makes me enjoy this profession even more.
